This workshop is for people who would like to get involved with singing, but don't feel confident enough
or ready to jump into a choir. It will be a gentle and playful exploration of sound and voice aimed at
helping you discover the natural voice that you have.

"Beyond the tab"
We all download uke songsheets from the web. This workshop, held in 3 2 hour sessions at the
Jambalaya festival (April 6 - 8, 2012, www.jambalaya.co.nz) takes us beyond those songsheets.
In a collaborative manner we will explore how we can take song sheets and develop them into arrangements, weaving in different instruments,
harmonies and textures. Playing Level: Intermediate/Advanced
